Viveka is an authorized Swedish and European patent attorney and has extensive experience working with small and medium-sized companies in growth, primarily in the fields of mechanics, electronics and physics.
– I handle intellectual property rights issues such as novelty and freedom to operate investigations, drafting and prosecuting of patent applications, IP strategies and infringements, as well as design protection to some extent. I regularly give lectures and trainings regarding the possibilities of IP, often directed to start-up companies.
